- Mainstreet Days
May 19—An annual event on Mainstreet, featuring a variety of arts, crafts, and food vendors.
- Music In The Park
Summer—This free annual concert event is fun for the whole family in Downtown Park.
- Farmers' Market
Summer/Fall—The Hopkins Farmers' Market is open June - October and features Minnesota grown vegetables, fruits, herbs, meat, poultry, honey, flowers, annual plants, handmade soaps, and much more.
- Hopkins Arts Festival
July 7-8, 2012—The fourth annual Hopkins Arts Festival includes a juried art fair, musical entertainment and creative activities that highlight the Hopkins Center for the Arts.
- Raspberry Festival
July 7–15, 2012—This annual event, begun in 1935, includes the Grande Day Parade, tent dances, and much more.
- National Night Out
August 7, 2012—NNO is an annual event designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness and to provide an opportunity to promote and celebrate police-community partnerships in crime prevention efforts.
- Hopkins in Motion
September—Hopkins in Motion is an event full of energy and activities both fun and invigorating. Bike walk or roll to downtown Hopkins for a day in motion!
- Hopkins Fire Department Open House
October 13, 2012—The Fire Department's annual open house features live fire demos, fire truck rides, T-shirts for kids, and free food for all.
